You reach out and we schedule a site visit. We measure the space, listen to your needs and outline what's possible. A one-time $100 consultation fee applies if the project does not proceed; if it does, it is absorbed into the engagement.
Every project is different, so we don't publish standard pricing. After the consultation, you receive a detailed quotation within 7 to 10 business days, broken down by trade and material — with a 20% professional fee for management and supervision.
Timeline depends on scope. A single bathroom might take a few weeks; a full apartment several months. The proposed schedule is part of every quotation, and updated openly if scope changes.
Yes. Renovations evolve — you may want a different material, a moved wall, or an added room. We update the budget openly and get your approval before continuing.
Yes. We have our own workshop and produce pieces made to measure — from built-in wardrobes and kitchens to a single dining table.
Our team and workshop are based in Lebanon, and that is where most of our projects are. We are open to projects abroad on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Every project is supervised in person by Alexandre, with weekly site checks and clear progress reports throughout.
We don't work in a signature style. Our role is to understand how you live and to translate that into a space — whether it leans classical, contemporary or somewhere in between.
