    Initial Contact

    You reach out by phone, WhatsApp or the consultation form. We discuss your project briefly and schedule a site visit.

  2. 02

    Site Consultation

    We visit your space, take measurements, listen to how you use it, and understand the constraints. A one-time consultation fee applies if the project does not proceed.

  3. 03

    Concept Direction Meeting

    We sit together to align on the direction — scope, priorities, timing and rough material choices. This meeting shapes the quotation.

  4. 04

    Quotation

    You receive a detailed quotation within 7 to 10 business days, broken down by trade and material so nothing is buried in a total.

  5. 05

    Contract Signing

    Once the quotation is approved, we sign a clear contract that defines scope, timeline, payment milestones and how changes are handled.

  6. 06

    Execution

    Work begins on site under our supervision. Weekly progress updates, budget tracking and full expense transparency throughout.

  7. 07

    Final Handover

    We walk the space with you, resolve any last items, and hand over documentation, supplier warranties and maintenance notes.

Quotations are estimates.

Our quotations reflect the scope agreed at signing. If you add or change scope during the project — a new material, a moved wall, an extra room — the budget is updated openly and re-approved before work continues.

Complete expense transparency.

Every supplier invoice, every site expense, every receipt is shared with you. You always know where your budget stands and what remains.
